I built this because I needed it
I'm Ivan Vega. I've been flipping houses in Pennsylvania since I was 18. I built Reinova because I was tired of tracking deals in spreadsheets and losing track of which contractor was on which job.
I'm not a tech company trying to guess what operators need. I'm an operator who built the tool he actually uses. Every feature exists because I ran into the problem myself.

Do I need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Reinova. It's built for operators, not developers.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Reinova has role-based access — acquisitions, backend ops, VAs, and admin all get the right view. Invite your team in Settings.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. Export everything to CSV at any time. We'll give you 30 days to download before deletion.
Does it work outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. The pipeline, analyzer, contractor tracker, and buyer CRM work for any market. The RTK lead module is PA-specific.
How is this different from REISift or DealMachine?
