My name is Ivan Vega. I've been flipping houses in Pennsylvania since I was 18 years old. I closed my first deal out of a parking lot with my phone and a simple purchase agreement. 5 years later I'm doing 1–2 deals per month, running a team, and managing millions in deal flow — all with a 1.1 closing ratio, which is one of the highest in the state.
For all five of those years, I tracked everything in spreadsheets. Group texts. Email threads I'd spend 20 minutes searching for. It worked — until it didn't.
One contractor started the wrong scope because I had two competing instructions in two different texts. One buyer fell through because I lost track of who I'd reached out to. One stalling deal cost me $4,000 in holding costs I didn't notice until it was already gone.
So I built Reinova.
Not as a side project. Not as a tech experiment. As the operating system my company actually uses every day. Deal pipeline, contractor tracker, buyer CRM, RTK lead manager, AI deal scoring, rehab estimator — all the pieces I needed, built the way I actually work.
The unfair advantage I have as the person building this: I'm not guessing what operators need. I'm one. Every feature in Reinova exists because I ran into the problem personally.
